Throttle Control is a united group of women riders who promote safety and awareness in the motorcycle community; while enjoying and creating a positive image.

Throttle Control NY was founded in Brooklyn in 2001 by two women Tay and Taz as a chat room on Blackplanet.com, wanting to find camaraderie within the motorcycle community.

After extensive research and dedication the colors and foundation of Throttle Control evolved in 2002. The foundation of Throttle Control is exhibited through DEDICATION, DETERMINATION and SISTERHOOD.

In an effort to continue and spread the mission of Throttle Control, Throttle Control PA was created in Philadelphia in 2005.  Throttle Control PA exhibits the same DEDICATION, DETERMINATION and SISTERHOOD.

Throttle Control would not be possible without the support of our Family, Friends and the MC Community.
